The following was again before the House in third reading: SENATE BILL NO. 88 am H "An Act relating to metropolitan planning organizations and to establishment of a metropolitan planning organization for the Anchorage metropolitan area; and providing for an effective date." Representative Kott placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall SB 88 am H pass the House?"
